Depending on what you are looking for, Seitz Strength Systems has different training options for you to choose from. We offer a number of 6-week basic training programs for you to complete on your own. We also offer in-person personal training for a one-on-one experience with one of our training coaches. Lastly, we offer on-line personal training for those who have a tight schedule, but still want the one-on-one coaching.   • Raw Strength – 6-week training program designed for those who are looking for serious strength and size gains. 

In-Person training starts at $40 an hour per session.

Training is held at the primary Seitz Gym located in Helotes, Texas. Training is offered by Cade Collenback, the grandson of Leo Seitz. Click here to view the full biography of Cade.

Online personal training is held by Cade Collenback, the grandson of Leo Seitz. Click here, to view the full biography of Cade. The idea behind online personal training is to combine a hybrid of In-Person training and O-Line training within one program.

You will meet with Cade once a week via zoom call for 30-minutes, discussing how your training is going. He will help you improve your technique with instructional cues and help you tackle any weightlifting obstacles you may be struggling with.

Online training starts at $120/month. You pay monthly, so you will get 4 weeks for $120. Once the 4 weeks is over, you can elect to sign up for another 4 weeks if you wish to continue.
